Registering in the Game
Before embarking on your adventure in Pixel Fighters, you must first register your account. To do so, you'll use the command /register <wallet>
, replacing <wallet>
with your WAX wallet (for example: /register b32ba.wam
). Once your account is registered, you'll be prompted to select your archetype. There are three main archetypes in Pixel Fighters, each offering a different gameplay style:
Brutal: This archetype excels in STRENGTH. As a Brutal, you will mainly use weapons that deal a balanced amount of damage.
Stealthy: The Stealthy archetype is excellent with STEALTH. Stealthy characters use weapons that deal a slightly lower, but more precise, damage. They have more chances of landing opportunity attacks at the beginning of each fight and more chances to dodge enemy attacks.
Artificier: Artificiers are masters of INTELLIGENCE. They mainly use weapons that deal higher but more random damage. As an Artificier, you'll have more ENERGY, which allows you to use more skills during battles.
The Game Interface
The game is launched using the /play
command. The game interface is quite intuitive, but let's break down what you see after using the /play
command:
Welcome message: The game greets you with a friendly welcome message.
Lottery prize of the day: Here, you'll see what you could win in the daily lottery, provided you've bought a ticket.
Player name and archetype: Your chosen name and archetype are displayed.
Current player location: Your current in-game location is shown.
Remaining actions: This indicates how many actions you have left for the current 24-hour period.
Player level and XP: You can view your current level and total XP.

Moreover, you'll find a variety of buttons representing different actions that you can take. Each button corresponds to a specific gameplay element, such as "Fight
", "Inventory
", "Crafting Stone
" and much more ! The "Refresh
" button is particularly handy, allowing you to update the game interface to reflect your latest in-game changes. So, are you ready to begin your adventure in Pixel Fighters? Strap on your boots, pick up your weapon, and get ready for an unforgettable journey!
Game Mechanics
After diving into Pixel Fighters and registering your account, you'll encounter a vibrant world steeped in varied mechanics, from intense snowball fights to crafting unique tools. Understanding these game mechanics is crucial to progressing in your adventure. Let's delve into the specific elements that drive the core gameplay of Pixel Fighters.
Fights
Fights are the heart of combat in Pixel Fighters, encapsulating the thrilling action and strategy that this unique game brings to the table. Here, we will explore the combat system in detail to provide a thorough understanding for players seeking to emerge victorious in these frosty encounters.
Actions, Life (HP) and Energy (NRG)
Before diving into the intricacies of the combat, it is essential to understand the game's action and energy systems. Each day, you have a set number of actions you can perform, one of which could be engaging in a snowball fight. Initiating a battle will consume one action, which refreshes daily. Separate from your daily actions, battles also involve another crucial resource - Energy (NRG). This resource does not affect the initiation of a fight but plays a pivotal role during the combat itself. It's important to note that regardless of the NRG consumed in a fight, your energy level resets to its initial state after each encounter. HP is simply the life level of each of the fighters during a fight. The fight always starts with the maximum life level and stops once one of the fighters drops to 0 HP. Actions are an amount of combat a player can perform every 24 hours. Each fight consumes a single action point.
Engaging in Battle
Upon clicking "Snowball Fight," you are pitted against an NPC in a contest that tests your wits and strategy. The interface displays key details, including your name, HP, and remaining NRG, alongside your opponent's statistics. An introductory message sets the stage for your upcoming clash, detailing both you and your opponent's preparedness for battle.
The Combat System
Combat unfolds in rounds of actions, making it a game of strategy and smart energy management. With each round, you have the choice to either use your equipped weapon or cast a spell, provided your level and inventory allow it. Every action you choose to take during combat consumes a certain amount of NRG. Your NRG pool is your limit on the number and type of actions you can take during the battle. Higher cost actions typically have a more significant impact, making it crucial to weigh your options wisely. Your opponent, controlled by AI, follows a similar approach, making their moves and consuming their NRG. The sequence of events alternates between your actions and the NPC’s, making the combat dynamic and engaging.
Results of Combat
As the snowball fight unfolds, the interface will keep you informed of the changing HP and NRG values for both combatants, and provide a running commentary on the actions taken and their results. Battles continue until one of the combatants' HP reduces to zero, marking their defeat. In rare cases, matches can also end in a draw if both combatants are defeated simultaneously. Victory can lead to valuable rewards, including XP and random loot drops, making each fight a potential source of valuable resources. However, a defeat does not leave you empty-handed, offering you the much-needed experience to strategize better in future battles. Upon the conclusion of a battle, players can choose to return to the game's main interface or continue fighting, depending on their remaining daily actions. With a robust and strategic combat system, Pixel Fighters ensures that every snowball fight is a thrilling and rewarding experience. As you navigate the pixel world, armed with this comprehensive guide on snowball fights, may your actions be precise, your strategy sound, and your battles victorious.
